Personal mentorship is a one-on-one relationship between one of our consultants, a mentor and a client, mentee, where the mentor provides guidance, advice, and support to help the mentee achieve their personal and professional goals. The mentor is an experienced individual with expertise in the field or area of interest relevant to the mentee.
Personal mentorship involves regular meetings or conversations where the mentor provides feedback, shares knowledge and experience, and helps the mentee develop skills and capabilities. The mentor may also help the mentee make connections and build relationships with other professionals in their field.
